Considering, the situation where the numbers of cases have been significantly rising in the country, it is imperative to take proactive measures to continue Business as Usual (BAU) keeping everyone’s health on priority.

ADROSONIC would like to assure all our clients that we acknowledge how important and critical it is to ensure that there is no impact on any of ongoing projects and support. We at ADROSONIC are regularly monitoring the situation and have decided to implement certain controlling measures.

Work From Home

We have invested in technology and infrastructure that enables our employees to work securely and effectively from any location in the globe. Hence with effect from Wednesday 18th March and until Friday 27th March 2020 the following guidelines are made applicable to all ADROSONIC associates:

• All associates commuting to office using public transport have been advised to work from home and to travel to office only if critical and necessary
• Team leads will allocate different shift timing to their team member which will ensure we extend the coverage of work from 8am to 11pm (IST)
• All Team Leads have been made responsible to draft the plan for tracking the deliverables.
• In case of symptoms of cold or flu and difficulty in breathing, they have been advised to contact HR immediately which will then in turn connect them with nearest Hospital or Govt. helpline (011- 23978046) to initiate testing protocols for COVID -19

Additional measures within our office premise : (considering the situation where an associate might have to travel to office for any critical or important project specific activity)

• Associates to use their personal vehicle or corporate Uber/Ola for office commute (display of Parking slip or Corporate OLA/UBER ride details to security will be mandate for an entry to office premise)
• Biometric – Face Recognition has been enabled for the access to office premise and thumb recognition has been disabled
• Laser thermometers also known as temperature guns have been arranged and security has been instructed to measure everyone’s temperature on entry into office premise
• Awareness message on individual’s desk – To remind everyone to wash their hands at frequent intervals
• Only Security and Admin staff (who will be staying in office) wearing protective gloves and masks will be operating the doors of common areas like pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms etc. These doors will be sanitised at frequent intervals and associates have been instructed not to touch these doors
• Personal Hand sanitisers with 65% alcohol has been kept at every associate’s desk.

Measures for All

• All Business travel (Domestic and International) has been cancelled till 31st March 2020
• All associates have been advised to cancel their outstation holidays
• Everyone has been advised to avoid handshakes and greet each other by folded hand (Namaste)
